The Expert Center for Addiction Prevention implements scientifically based and proven effective preventive methods in its work with beneficiaries. To ensure that as many children and young people as possible are reached by preventive interventions, the Association continuously works on educating key individuals who work with children and youth (professors, teachers, psychologists, social workers, educators), as well as decision-makers and policymakers, as they are the ones who decide which preventive programs will be funded.
In addition to conducting preventive programs, the Expert Center aims, through professional events and conferences, to present the results of conducted research and interventions, as well as to bring together experts from around the world with the goal of exchanging best practices in the field of addiction prevention.
