With the aim of building trust with all stakeholders and improving our work, the Addiction Prevention Competence Centre provides volunteers, beneficiaries of interventions, partners, donors, and other individuals connected to the services we provide with the opportunity to share comments, compliments, complaints, impressions, and suggestions.

Comments, compliments, complaints, impressions, and suggestions may be submitted anonymously. If desired, contact details can also be provided in order to receive a response to the completed questionnaire.

All data will be recorded confidentially and in accordance with the ethical code of the Addiction Prevention Competence Centre. The form is available at the following link.
