As part of the Weltwärts program (development policy volunteer service of the German Ministry for Cooperation – BMZ), we are looking for a volunteer for a one-year engagement in Halle, Germany.
The project duration is from September 2025 to August 2026.
All costs are covered: health insurance, accommodation, pocket money, transportation, and a German language course.
The volunteer engagement consists of volunteering in one of the selected organizations, implementing their own project, and participating in volunteer support seminars (25 days).

Application Criteria
Aged between 18 and 28 years
Knowledge of English (B2) and/or German (willingness to learn)
Commitment to learning through volunteer work in various fields
Willingness to actively participate in civil society
Interest in volunteering in at least one of the organizations listed in this call

All interested volunteers should send their CV and motivation letter in English to azra.halilovic@prevencija.ba by April 15, 2025.

The volunteer should research potential organizations where they would like to volunteer and explain in the motivation letter why they want to volunteer in a specific one. It is recommended to choose up to three organizations and justify which one is the first choice and why.

After applying, an interview will follow with the interested candidates.
