Trening je namijenjen službenicima i službenicama u javnoj upravi koji imaju opću ili specijaliziranu ulogu i odgovornost za kreiranje i/ili koordinaciju preventivnih programa, kao i osobama koje se u praktičnom radu bave pitanjem prevencije ovisnosti. Evropski centar za praćenje droga i ovisnosti o drogama (EMCDDA) autor je kurikuluma, a voditelji Amir Hasanović i Andrea Mijatović licencirani su treneri za implementaciju Kurikuluma u Bosni i Hercegovini.
