{"id":4848,"date":"2024-10-11T14:31:53","date_gmt":"2024-10-11T13:31:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prevencija.ba\/news\/gorazde-poziv-za-ucesce-na-treningu-o-evropskom-prevencijskom-kurikulumu-2\/"},"modified":"2024-10-28T13:37:45","modified_gmt":"2024-10-28T12:37:45","slug":"gorazde-poziv-za-ucesce-na-treningu-o-evropskom-prevencijskom-kurikulumu-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prevencija.ba\/en\/gorazde-poziv-za-ucesce-na-treningu-o-evropskom-prevencijskom-kurikulumu-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Trebinje &#8211; Call for Participation in Training on the European Prevention Curriculum"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <em>Association for Addiction Prevention NARKO-NE<\/em> is organizing a training on the <em>European Prevention Curriculum (EUPC)<\/em> in Trebinje on November 6 and 7, 2024, at the <em>SL Industry Hotel (Nik\u0161i\u0107ki put bb<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The training is intended for officials in public administration with a general or specialized role and responsibility for developing and\/or coordinating prevention programs, as well as for professionals involved in addiction prevention in practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <em>European Union Drugs Agency (EUDA)<\/em> developed the curriculum, and the training will be led by licensed trainers <strong>Amir Hasanovi\u0107<\/strong> and <strong>Andrea Mijatovi\u0107<\/strong> for the curriculum&#8217;s implementation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The organizer will cover the costs of training materials, lunch, and refreshments during coffee breaks. All other expenses (accommodation, transportation, and additional meals) are the responsibility of participants. A detailed agenda is available here. Due to a limited number of spots, registration is required via the following link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <em>European Prevention Curriculum (EUPC)<\/em> is a training curriculum on scientifically-based prevention aimed at promoting the use of effective, modern approaches to substance use prevention and enabling well-informed decisions on funding and implementation priorities at national, regional, or local levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The application deadline is October 28, 2024, by 11:00 AM. Full attendance throughout the training is required to receive certification. More information on the <em>EUPC<\/em> can be found here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The training is supported by the regional project SMART Balkan \u2013 Civil Society for a Connected Western Balkans, implemented by the Center for Promotion of Civil Society (CPCD), the Center for Research and Policy Making (CRPM), and the Institute for Democracy and Mediation (IDM), with financial support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Norway.
