Da mogu\u0107e je!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160e\u0107er nije samo prijetnja zdravlju zuba, a znamo da je jedan od glavnih uzro\u010dnika karijesa. Prema istra\u017eivanjima, konzumiranje previ\u0161e \u0161e\u0107era mo\u017ee pridonijeti sr\u010danim bolestima, pretilosti, dijabetesu tipa 2, visokom kolesterolu i visokom krvnom tlaku &#8211; svim stanjima koja mogu dovesti do kroni\u010dnih zdravstvenih problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Glavni cilj tridesetodnevnog izazova je izbaciti sve izvore dodanog \u0161e\u0107era, a umjesto toga se fokusirati na konzumiranje hranjivo bogate, cjelovite hrane koja ne sadr\u017ei dodane \u0161e\u0107ere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svaki na\u010din prehrane koji smanjuje ili izbacuje dodani \u0161e\u0107er imat \u0107e koristi za cjelokupno zdravlje, posebno me\u0111u ljudima koji redovito konzumiraju namirnice s velikim koli\u010dinama dodanog \u0161e\u0107era kao \u0161to su: gazirani sokovi, slatki\u0161i, slatka peciva, slatke pahuljice za doru\u010dak, zasla\u0111eni napici i&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/nutrition\/18-surprising-foods-high-in-sugar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">jo\u0161 mnogo toga<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prirodni \u0161e\u0107eri, koji se nalaze u hrani poput povr\u0107a, vo\u0107a i mlije\u010dnih proizvoda su prihvatljivi za unos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dodatni benefiti smanjenja unosa \u0161e\u0107era su: gubitak tjelesne te\u017eine, \u010distija ko\u017ea i manje podo\u010dnjaka, pove\u0107anje energije, zdravija jetra, smanjeni simptomi anksioznosti i depresije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ali oprez! Cilj za potpuno izbacivanje \u0161e\u0107era zauvijek za mnoge je nerealno i vrlo brzo se mogu vratiti na unos i vi\u0161e \u0161e\u0107era nego prije izazova.&nbsp;<em>No sugar november<\/em>&nbsp;je idealna prilika da osvijestimo koliko \u0161e\u0107era unosimo u organizam i ostanemo dosljedni i nakon zavr\u0161etka izazova te smanjujemo postepeno unos \u0161e\u0107era, steknemo zdravije navike i bolji odnos prema hrani koji mo\u017eemo dugoro\u010dno slijediti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I zapamtite, prirodni \u0161e\u0107er je OK, izbjegavamo dodani, umjetni \u0161e\u0107er. Fokus je na dugoro\u010dno zdravim navikama i pobolj\u0161anju zdravlja.
